2019 is RED! My FAVE!!

Not to post giant SPOILERS at the beginning, but be forewarned clicking on links in this post and purchasing stuff ACTUALLY supports my writing obsession with no additional cost to you except what you’re paying for one of my all-time absolutely favourite things. JUST so you know…!! GOAL CRUSHED! Okay, carry on goal getters!

While we were away in Florida last month I posted on Instagram about something scary I had done in pursuit of a goal of mine.

I just did a thing that scares the crap outta’ me because its being a successful thing is now totally out of my hands aaand apparently I’m a control freak hahaha.

If you know me personally you know it’s uncommon to find me out and about anywhere without having a notebook along for the ride. And if you ask me ANYTHING about my schedule, the book pops open and you see that I am an old, old woman living in the archaic times of pen-and-paper planners hahaha

When I first discovered Passion Planner a few years ago I was intrigued by the idea – I’ve always been a doodler, and I scribble notes about what’s going on around me on whatever I’ve got in front of me. Passion Planner was a tool designed just for that, but also touted being able to help focus you and lead you to living your life unimpeded by distraction from goals.

Whaaaaat.

Yeah, I definitely got the free download version that year. Aaaand the year after that. I don’t remember how many years I’ve used it, now, but ohmigosh, I LOVE THIS BOOK. Last year I finally sprung and bought myself a bound copy and holy CRAP did I use that thing.

This year’s is getting a pretty good workout, too, and it is PUSHING me to places I’ve only ever dreamed of being able to be before.

So in Florida I decided to go for my second attempt at becoming a Passion Planner Rep.

I thought I’d share my application with you.

What is Passion Planner? (500 characters)

Passion Planner is a tremendous tool without which I, personally, would not be functional! It looks like a day planner, but it is so much more – it’s a cheerleader and motivator, a diary and sketchbook. It’s a notebook. It’s my brain, spilling out on paper. It’s my confidante. Passion Planner is so many things, but all of them help me to focus on and crush my goals.

What is your favourite feature of the Passion Planner? Why? (500 characters)

Favourite feature? Definitely “good things that happened.” I LOVE sitting down every week, flipping back, looking over my packed schedule, picking out the great things, and then writing them down. It is THE BEST. Regardless of if it was a substantial week or if the good was simply a happy conversation, it’s great to be in that positive mindset. WHY is it my favourite? The negative can’t flourish in my head when I am constantly looking for the awesome around me. Doesn’t get better than that!

What is one goal you would like to accomplish? (500 characters)

Hahaha I want to be a Passion Planner Rep O:-) Honestly, I just crushed some MAJOR goals using my planner – I won a silver medal in a Canadian National Kickboxing Championship – and I need to tell everyone how I did it!! If it doesn’t pan out, though, I’m currently working on a blog and Instagram page devoted to mental health awareness and encouragement, and am working with a tremendous networking group of gals to get that off the ground.

What would being a Passion Planner Rep mean for you?  (500 characters)

I applied once before, actually, and didn’t get it. But frankly, I wasn’t ready then. NOW I know what I’m doing, I have a goal, and I am building a platform. Being accepted now to be a Passion Planner Rep would be the first step in what’s going to be a very long, very fun road to success for me. Hahaha almost like a stamp of approval that I’m on the right track, I guess. I know I can do this, and if you can see that, too, that’s awesome.

Sooooo….GUESS WHAT?!

I GOT IT! I’M A REP! hahaha WOOT WOOT!!!

GOAL CRUSHED!! YAAASSS! Thanks, Passion Planner!!

What does that even mean? Well, when you click on THIS LINK HERE and buy something (for 10% off, too! SWEET!) from Passion Planner, I get a small commission, is all. I’ve already shared the crap out of my planners – I’ve given them as gifts, put together orders to save everyone shipping, had a coupon code before I spread like wildfire hahaha I just honestly love mine so much I think everyone should have one.

Want to see all the goodies inside mine? Check out my Instagram hahaha shameless plug

You’ll always be able to find my link to Passion Planner on the new affiliates page on this website, too, which I’m pretty pumped about – I got that page up and functional ALL BY MYSELF, no help from the tech-support hubs needed! (Unless you find a glitch, and then blame him… O_o )

That is all I had to tell you about today. I am PUMPED. Honestly, if you’ve been reading and you’re like, hey, my brain kinda’ sucks like Rebecca’s, I canNOT recommend this book enough. I know it’s not the beginning of the year but take a look-see. The free download is an awesome way to check it out, there’s an “academic” version for students/teachers, there’s an undated version so you don’t feel like you have to start Jan 1st… there are options. Just GO TAKE A LOOK.

Okay, goal crushers, thanks for popping by and celebrating with me! Y’all are DA BOMB.

Until next time!
